All shot on a Yashica FX3 with Kodak Portra 400NC film. My favourite shot is the first one and yet it was shot from a moving car through the window.

Dark and Light…which do you prefer?

I love how two images of similar items can be so strikingly different. I think what is consistent is finding that light to make the image better. If I had shot the first shot in strong sunlight, it wouldn’t have had the same effect. Both were shot on overcast days, but by using 400 ISO film, I was still able to capture ok shots with the available light. I was pretty happy with the results.
