Hello for another week, everyone.
Recently a lady and artist I greatly admire and respect, contacted me about supporting a charity called Epic Change. The wonderful Irene Nam is hosting The Epic Thanks Benefit Art Sale, an online shop where artists from all over the world donate prints and all the proceeds go to Shepherds Junior secondary school.
Irene has collaborated with an extraordinary woman by the name of Mama Lucy who works to provide education for hundreds of students in Tanzania. Mama Lucy sold chickens and gave all the proceeds back to her community to build a school for the students in her village. She has seen 500 students though her school’s doors and now the first group of students are ready to go on to secondary school. Mama Lucy is worried about what may happen to her students once they leave and wants to build a secondary school for them. We can help make that happen.
Go to the Epic Thanks Benefit Sale to find art pieces and other items by Christine Pobke, Fernanda Montoro, Irene Nam, Alicia Bock, Rachel James, Tomoko Matsubayashi, Amanda Mason, Xanthe Berkeley, Kathya Ethington, Kristen Zecchinelli, Jennifer Way, Tammy Lee Bradley, Ninotchka Beavers, Brenda Ponnay and me. All proceeds from the sales of the artwork will go directly to Shepherds Junior Secondary School.
Go to the Epic Thanks Benefit Art Sale to donate now!
