Yes, feel sorry for me, life is unkind and cruel! Be damned winter colds! So, I up and got myself a case of a 4 week(continuing) flu which has caused me no end of painfully, loud, bark like coughing over the past 2 days. Seriously, the neighbours will have been thinking that cousin Eddie’s dog was “hackin on a bone” in our living room.

I had major plans for a 3 day cavalcade of fun, intermittently dispersed with report writing, but I certainly did not entertain the idea of spending 3 days coughing and lying on a couch.

My only saving grace is that the silliest kiwis with guitars will be appearing on Aussie TV again tonight for the season 2 premiere. Watching Flight of the Conchords as an Aussie is quite entertaining. Never before have New Zealanders been able to so loudly poke fun at us. It makes me realise that we really are to New Zealand what America is to Canada.
